It looks like your post only contains the template text for the Support category and not your actual question.

To help you with the “I accidentally deleted the deck” issue, please reply with:

  1. Where the deck was deleted

    • From:
      • Anki desktop?
      • AnkiHub (web)?
      • The AnkiHub add-on inside Anki?
  2. What exactly you deleted

    • A local deck in Anki (not linked to AnkiHub)
    • An AnkiHub-connected deck subscription
    • The Anki profile or user data
    • Something else?
  3. What you want restored

    • Just the cards?
    • Your scheduling (reviews / progress) as well?

In the meantime, here are common recovery options:

If you deleted a deck in Anki desktop

Try these, in order:

  1. Check another profile

    • File → Switch Profile and see if the deck is in a different profile.
  2. Restore from automatic backup

    • File → Switch Profile → … → Open Backups (or File → Restore Backup depending on version).
    • Pick a backup from before the deletion.
    • This will restore your whole collection to that point in time.
  3. Sync with AnkiWeb carefully

    • If AnkiWeb still has the deck, you may be asked to choose between Upload to AnkiWeb or Download from AnkiWeb.
    • Choose the direction that contains the version with the deck.

If you deleted something in AnkiHub

Please specify:

  • Did you unsubscribe from a deck or remove the AnkiHub connection in the add-on?
  • Or did you delete something on the AnkiHub website?

Once I know this, I can give AnkiHub-specific steps (e.g., re-subscribing to the shared deck or re-linking your local deck).

Please reply with screenshots or a short description of what you clicked when the deck disappeared, plus the info above, and I’ll walk you through the exact recovery steps.

Hi, I downloaded the “Anticipating Step 1” deck, but I accidentally deleted it. How can I download it again? I already paid the $10 subscription fee. Please help. Thanks.

You can absolutely get it back.

Because you paid for the Anticipating Step 1 deck, your access on AnkiHub is still active—you just need to download / sync it again into Anki.

Below are the usual scenarios. Use the one that matches what you did:

1. If you deleted the deck inside Anki (desktop)

  1. Open Anki.
  2. Click AnkiHub in the top menu → Browse Shared Decks (or My Decks depending on your version).
  3. Log in if prompted.
  4. Find “Anticipating Step 1” in your list of decks.
  5. Click it → choose Download / Sync to Anki again.

If you don’t see it there, go to https://app.ankihub.net in your browser, log in, and check My Decks. If it appears there, you should be able to re‑download it via the add‑on.

2. If you unsubscribed / removed it on the AnkiHub website

  1. Go to https://app.ankihub.net and log in with the account you used for the $10 payment.
  2. Search for “Anticipating Step 1”.
  3. Open the deck page and click Subscribe (or similar).
  4. In Anki desktop, click AnkiHub → Sync to pull it back into your collection.

3. If nothing shows up in AnkiHub

If you:

  • don’t see the deck under My Decks on https://app.ankihub.net, and
  • can’t find a way to subscribe even though you paid,

then it’s likely an account or billing/linking issue. In that case:

  1. Please reply with:
    • A screenshot of My Decks on https://app.ankihub.net, and
    • A screenshot of the AnkiHub → Account window in Anki (showing the logged‑in email, you can blur sensitive info).
  2. Do not repurchase anything—we can usually fix it by connecting the right account or re‑enabling access.

If you tell me:

  • Whether you deleted it in Anki or on the AnkiHub website, and
  • What you see under My Decks in https://app.ankihub.net,

I can give you exact click‑by‑click instructions.

Hello,

You can restore from a backup before the deletion happened. Follow this tutorial: How to Restore from Backup

Hi, I had some problems with my computer and it seems not all the cards in the deck downloaded. I wanted to know if I can download the deck again and how I could do it. I thought I had deleted it, but now with your help I realize I have very few cards.

To ensure you have all the cards, you can reset your local changes. This will download any missing cards: How to Reset Local Changes

That’s right, the cards are here. Thank you very much.
