Improper Loading for AnKing Step Deck

At first when I tried to subscribe and sync my Anki with AnkiHub to obtain the AnKing Step Deck, the cards appeared to download but did not appear on my Anki. I then created a brand new profile on Anki without any previous cards, and attempted to subscribe and sync to that profile; now the cards all appear, but THEY’RE ALL BLANK except for certain links like to Sketchy . What do I do?

This is because you’ve protected all the fields on the AnkiHub website.

To fix this:

You need to go to manage protected data (you can follow this tutorial: Managing Protected Fields)

Then uncheck the text and extra fields (or any fields you want to receive changes to)

Then after that, do the following:

Please try resetting your local changes. To do this:

Go to browse in your Anki → at the top click on the ankihub addon tab → press reset all local changes

This will restore everything to what AnkiHub has unless you have specifically protected those fields

Everything should show up after that!
