Hello, I like to see my lecture notes automatically when I reveal a card and so I was just wondering if there is a way to prevent the lecture notes tab from being closed every time I open anki? Currently, I go to fields and edit “false” → “true” on backfield of anking notes so when I study the lecture notes always opens automatically. Do I just gotta manually edit the field every time I open anki? It is not the biggest deal in the world, but just a convenience fix I would like to find out if the fix already exists, if not no biggie.

That tutorial presumes that you have the AnKing Note Types add-on installed, which will be necessary to set your notes up in this way (and is generally handy to have for a few other reasons as well): https://ankiweb.net/shared/info/952691989

Thank you so much for the quick response, I downloaded the anking note types add-on and followed the tutorial, it worked perfectly. Now I just gotta find out how to remove the tags from the bottom of my screen.
