Login and syncing to new device requires an active membership, but even previously I had a scholorship for Anking Step Deck

In 2022 I received a scholorship and I got a free subscription of the deck and was able to use it even after 6 months. Recently my laptop was wiped and now when trying to sync I get this message. Plz Help. Also, the deck is shown to be subscribed in the ankihub siteโ€™s My Decks page.
