Lost my lecture notes after update

what note type are they? Can you export a few and upload here?

i dont know what you mean in what note types are they if you mean are they basic or cloze deletion cards then they are cloze deletion

I have a potential solution for you:

  1. Restore from a backup.
  2. Before syncing again, go to the Fields dialog and rename your โ€œLecture notesโ€ field to โ€œLecture Notesโ€ (note the difference in case).
  3. Try syncing.

This is a bug in the add-on. Itโ€™s trying to adjust your fields, thinking they differ from the original note type, and mistakenly taking case into account when comparing them.

yes it helped with lecture notes but some of anking main pictures not the ones that a added are still missing after sync

Does your media sync says idle? Or downloading?

Is this happening on all cards? Like more than a 100 lets say?

Can you try going to browse โ†’ at the top go to ankihub addon โ†’ reset local changes โ†’ anking deck

not every single card but most of the card pictures are this way definitely more than 100 and problem is with pictures in extra field only, not pixo, first aid or other field pictures, they are fine & i did reset but it didnt change anything

Do you have enough storage on your device?

You can try resubscribing, not sure what might cause this however. Usually resetting local changes fixes it

yes i do have enough space but resetting didnt help neither resubscribing is there anything else?

Can you provide the NIDโ€™s of the cards you are having issues with, I will investigate to see if thereโ€™s something on our end that might be causing this

I tried multiple times what abdo said to do and now pictures & lecture notes, both appeared i dont know why or how but they did, so thank you guys for a fast replies, attention & overall help, you have great team
