Mcat deck not syncing, but some material shows up

Hi there, just subscribed to the anking MCAT deck. I have another deck that is in there and works, but when I sync, it does not come up in the decks. I do see some stuff in the sidebar, but no cards from the anking mcat deck.

I saw on other posts that a suggestion is to reset all local changes, but I don’t see any button that says that.

Any suggestions? Thank you!
