Media not uploading for collaborative deck

I’ve been running into some issues recently where randomly some images won’t get uploaded to a collaborative anatomy deck I am creating for my school. I can always fix the issue by manually doing "AnkiHub → “Upload media for deck” but I was wondering another way to understand where this error could be coming from?

This might happen if you do not wait fully for the media sync to switch from “uploading” to “idle”. You must wait fully for it to upload and then see it on AnkiHub, then accept it. Atleast from my experience, this is what causes it. I usually dont accept as maintainer because I wait until it fully uploads

Ah, that makes sense. Occasionally I would hit the sync button soon after uploading new flashcards, so it sounds like that was the issue. I didn’t know it took a bit longer in the background to upload the media, but that makes sense.
