Hey I just started a new deck via ankihub and it is working great. What I dont understand is that I cann see the media on the cards at ankihub perfectly fine but when I download them on my Anki and learn them the media wont show properly.
Sometimes it is working and sometimes not, pls help (

When you suggest a card with an image, don’t click on automatically accept. Instead, wait until you suggest and media sync goes from “uploading” to “idle”. Then accept, this should fix it.
You can also try this:
Please try resetting your local changes. To do this:
Go to browse in your Anki → at the top click on ankihub addon tab → press reset all local changes
This will restore everything to what AnkiHub has unless you have specifically protected those fields
