Hi,
I am unable to see photos in my downloaded decks and have even redownloaded the Anki app several times. I have a Mac and don’t have issues seeing images in my own self-made decks so I’m not sure what’s going on.

Can you check to see if your media sync is done by going to the ankihub tab and checking here:
It should say idle. If you still cant see it then try this:
Please try resetting your local changes. To do this:
Go to browse in your Anki → at the top click on ankihub addon tab → press reset all local changes
This will restore everything to what AnkiHub has unless you have specifically protected those fields
