Thanks so much for your help with creating the Dermki deck. I followed the instructions to download the deck from AnkiHub, but none of my cards show any images. I saw that a few others have had this problem, and so I tried to trouble shoot by unsubscribing/resubscribing as well as resetting local changes, but nothing has changed.

Media might take a while to download, can you check your media sync status in the ankihub tab at the top of your anki? What does it say?
I’ve been having the exact same issue. It’s been at “Media Sync: Downloading…” for over an hour now. Do you know how long it’s supposed to take? I read about proxies on Mac potentially blocking download but none of my proxies are checked atm.
It’s dependent on internet connection. It can take a while. Wait a few more hours and let us know if its still stuck
Also, how much storage do you have left on your device?
