Hi I’ve downloaded the step 1,2,3 deck but the media is showing. On the check media tab it says that the media is still downloading. Its been half a day and I have very fast internet connection so I know it must be some other problem. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Can you try exit out of Anki and go back again?
Then try this:
Please try resetting your local changes. To do this:
Go to browse in your Anki → at the top click on ankihub addon tab → press reset all local changes
This will restore everything to what AnkiHub has unless you have specifically protected those fields
