Missing Sketchy for Step 2 Images + other images

Hello!

I’m having issues getting SOME images to download from the ankihub V12 overhaul anking deck (sketchy for step 1 images are there, but sketchy for step 2 images aren’t there + images for most other cards aren’t there). I’ve unsubscribed and resubscribed to the deck, I’ve cleared space on my laptop, and I’ve tried downloading and uploading the media file separately. I’m not sure what else to do!

Please help, I’ve wasted like 2-3 hours trying to troubleshoot this Here’s what a sketchy step 2 screenshot on my screen looks like:

The media file is irrelevant for Sketchy since we are syncing those fields.

On Anki → go to ankihub addon at the top → check to see if your media says downloading or idle

If it says idle, try this next:

Please try resetting your local changes. To do this:

Go to browse in your Anki → at the top click on ankihub addon tab → press reset all local changes

This will restore everything to what AnkiHub has unless you have specifically protected those fields
