I am sorry but I could not find my question, nor the answer to my question.
I downloaded the “AnKing Step Deck” again (I was subscribed, then I unsubsribed and subscribed again), but I can still only see the subcategories “Instructions” with 1 card and “SketchyPharm” with 999 cards.
Where can I find the other subjects of Step 1, 2 and 3 and how can I make them visible in the overview which I am sending below as well.

The Step deck does not come with subdecks by default; rather, it is organized by tags. This tutorial can walk you through the basics of getting started: How to Get Started Studying
Give that a shot, let me know how you fare, and we’ll go from there and hopefully we can get you squared away.

If I want to unsuspend several topics (for example Pharmacology and Pathoanatomy) but I want to study only Pharmacology today. Do I make subcategories myself? Because all the unsuspended cards will be in the overview and so I can not only study one topics.
Yep, if you would like to have subdecks you can make them yourself. Should just take a minute or so, give or take
If you suspend a bunch of cards and they’re all in one deck, they will all be available immediately. If you would prefer to suspend all of them but not study all of them immediately, you will likely have to set them in separate subdecks
