When I press yes to carry out the rebuilding I get another error message notifying me that I am not subscribed to the deck (Anking overhaul for Step 1 & 2). I am subscribed both according to the add-on and ankihub website. At the same time as this latter error message pops up there is also a downloading message. Even after many hours (6 is the most Iβve waited) the deck is still downloading.
Has anyone had this issue and found a solution? I found one post regarding the same issue with the only solution found that I would end up missing all my progress.
No, this issue has been for a while. I recently updated from 2.1.64. The issue doesnβt really affect my daily Ankiing. If I push no on the pop-up Anki functions as usual. The problem persists when trying to launch on 2.1.64
It wonβt affect your scheduling data, but will prevent you from suggesting changes until the deck is reinstalled. If you share your logs and data using AnkiHub > Help > Upload logs and data and post the filename shown, I can look into fixing the issue and send you an updated file.
The database has leftover data from this deck (probably an old subscription) causing the error message to appear every time: Sign In
Probably an older version of the add-on failed to clean up the database properly.
The simplest solution is to subscribe to that deck, sync it to your local collection, then delete it. When AnkiHub asks you whether you want to unsubscribe, make sure to click Yes.
