The media files can take a significant amount of time to download depending on your internet speed, as there are many images in the deck. You can check the status of the download by following these steps:
- Open the AnkiHub add-on menu in Anki.
- Check what the media sync status says:
- If it shows “Downloading”: your media is still being downloaded, just wait until it says “Idle”.
- If it shows “Idle”: the media sync should be complete.
Please ensure that you only have the “Lecture Notes” and “Missed Questions” fields protected.

Note that some fields, like First Aid and Boards and Beyond, are subject to copyright, so their images are not synced within the AnKing deck. To access the First-Aid or Boards and Beyond content you will need a separate subscription to that resource.
