What is the integration?
The McGraw Hill x AnkiHub integration brings together your two favorite resources, Boards & Beyond and First Aid, into the heart of your Anki studying.
View relevant updated B&B videos and First Aid forward chapters without leaving your Anki at all, making sure your studying remains seamless and efficient!

What features are available as part of the integration?
The integration features a sideviewer which enables you to view content directly within your Anki, here is an example below:

How do I use the features?
Why can’t I see the new features?
If you cannot see the new features, please ensure the following
- You have an active “premium” AnkiHub subscription
- You are on the latest version of Anki (install the newest one here)
- You are on the latest version of the AnkiHub add-on (tutorial on how to update)
- In the AnkiHub add-on → Config → Sidebar → the First Aid Forward and/or B&B tabs are checked
- Ensure you open up Anki while having an active Internet connection, if you start Anki while not connected, the features will not appear unless you restart Anki with a connection
How do I hide the features?
To hide these features completely, navigate to the AnkiHub add-on tab and select “Config”
Then uncheck the resources you do not want to see when reviewing
What AnkiHub subscription do I need to get access to these features?
To access the integration, you will need the Premium AnkiHub subscription, you can purchase the plan here: Sign In
I can’t login to First Aid Forward, who can I contact?
If you are trying to login to First Aid Forward using the sideviewer and you are receiving an error, please contact McGraw Hill Support firstaidforwardsupport@mheducation.com.
I can’t login to Boards & Beyond, who can I contact?
If you are trying to login to Boards & Beyond using the sideviewer and you are receiving an error, please contact McGraw Hill Support bbcustomerservice@mheducation.com.
Do I need a subscription to both First Aid Forward and Boards & Beyond to access the features?
No, you do not need a subscription to both First Aid Forward and B&B to be able to access these features. You can choose to just have a First Aid Forward subscription if you want to only access First Aid Forward content, and the same for B&B content
If you want to access both, First Aid Forward and B&B content, you will need a subscription to both of these services to access the relevant content
When I login into my First Aid account, should I use the Magic Link or the Password option?
We recommend you use the Password option so that First Aid Forward content will remain within the Sideviewer. If you use the Magic Link, it will send an email to your registered email address and when you click on that link to authenticate your account, it will open in a new browser tab and you will not see the First Aid Forward content inside the Sideviewer.
Why do some cards not have images/videos for First Aid Forward or Boards & Beyond?
If some cards do not have content associated with them, this can be due to:
- The mapping to the content has not been completed yet. We are actively working on updating all content to show up on the cards
- There is no content relevant to the card for that specific resource
When I try to access the content, I get an error that says “invalid token”, what do I do?
This is a known bug that is being actively addressed. For the time being, refreshing the page and logging in again should fix it
Why do I have to re-login after I already logged in?
If you are inactive on B&B and/or First Aid Forward for more than 130 minutes, your session will time out and you’ll have to log in again. We hope to mitigate this in future updates
In First Aid Forward, I have to click “Access Content” each time, how can I fix this?
We understand this can be frustrating and this will be addressed in future updates.
