Based on the information I’ve found, I can help you with your issue accessing First Aid Forward and Boards & Beyond resources within Anki. This appears to be related to the McGraw Hill integration with AnkiHub.

Possible Solutions

Here are some troubleshooting steps to try:

  1. Make sure you have the latest AnkiHub add-on version

    • Check if your AnkiHub add-on is up to date
    • You can update it by going to Tools > Add-ons > Check for Updates
  2. Check your internet connection

    • According to the FAQ, “Ensure you open up Anki while having an active Internet connection, if you start Anki while not connected, the features will not appear unless you restart Anki with a connection”
  3. Verify feature activation in settings

    • Go to the AnkiHub add-on tab and select “Config”
    • Make sure the First Aid Forward and/or B&B tabs are checked in the Sidebar section
  4. Login issues

    • If you’re getting the “invalid token” error mentioned in the FAQ, try refreshing the page and logging in again
    • For First Aid Forward, it’s recommended to use the Password option rather than the Magic Link for authentication
  5. Session timeout

    • The FAQ mentions that if you’re inactive on these resources for more than 130 minutes, your session will time out and you’ll need to log in again
  6. Check subscription status

    • Confirm your AnkiHub “premium” subscription is active
    • Verify you have active subscriptions to First Aid Forward and/or Boards & Beyond with McGraw Hill

If these steps don’t resolve your issue, you might want to contact:

non of this is working.

how dose anki “know” i am subscribed to first aid forward without me “telling it “ ?

when i purchased the subscription of first aid forward and boards and byond, i didn’t update any settings in anki, so how would it know to connect the platforms?

what do i need to do to connect the 3 platforms?

there must be something in settings!

Anki does not ‘know’ (but it also does not need to know). Once you click ‘access content’ you should see a page that allows you to log into your FA/BnB page:

This would be similar to the tutorial that I shared earlier, which shows what it ‘should’ look like. But, while this occurs inside of Anki it actually connects outside of Anki to the FA/BnB servers, so there isn’t a neat setting in Anki that needs to be, or can be, adjusted as it’s not related to anything within Anki.

From what you’ve shared, it seems that this portion is not displaying correctly for you

Same as above.

If there were I would happily have suggested it already.

My guess at the moment is that you have a bug of some sorts, and we’re hoping to get some expert eyes on it for you to hopefully get it figured out and get you squared away. :mending_heart:

That being said, just at a glance: I do show that you’re on a Core membership, is that right? Also that it looks, from what I can see on my end, that you have it slated to cancel in 4 days?

It might be worth noting that the Core membership does not have access to the FA/BnB integration, which are exclusively a feature of the Premium membership tier

You can find a bit more information on the various membership and what they include here, if it’s helpful: Sign In

You might double-check your membership tier and let us know, as that could be playing a part in the functionality issues you’re currently experiencing.

Can you try now and see if it makes a difference? @salehsalah644

The whole problem was the my anki premium sub wasn’t updated.

the problem is sloved,

thank you

Hello,

I downloaded anki mobile but i can seem to sync it with my anki deck on macOs through my ankiweb account.

Can you provide instructions?

Hello,

I would be happy to help.

In order to sync across devices, you’ll want to make sure that you’re logged into your AnkiWeb account on both devices and then you’ll want to hit sync. That’s about all there is to it, really

It may be worth noting that AnkiWeb is separate from, and unrelated to, AnkiHub and so your login credentials may likely be different. You might double-check your login info and make sure that you’re logged in on both devices

That should be about all there is to do. :mending_heart:

But all the decks are downloaded through ankihub, and i think that my anki on my macbook is connected to ankihub and not ankiweb, is there such a thing?

I am entering my mail and password for ankiweb on my mobile anki, and it show nothing, no decks, no cards etc ..

Problem solved, thank you
