Looking at your screenshot, I can see you have the image for the “Extra” field. The field showing the broken image icon does not contain media by default.
The Physeo images are not publicly shared but are available here. If you don’t use Physeo, you can simply protect this field on AnkiHub. You can also delete the content in this field if you protect it on AnkiHub (to delete, download the batch edit add-on, select all notes, Edit→Batch Edit, select the Physeo field, select “Replace”).
Also, the fields First-Aid or Boards and Beyond are also protected by copyright and you will need a separate subscription to that resource. You can learn more about how this integration works here: McGraw Hill Integration FAQ
Just to clarify, Anki’s built-in “Check Media” tool can sometimes show a “missing files” report even when no media is actually missing from your AnkiHub decks. However, please reach out to us if you see any broken image icons in the “Text” or “Extra” fields.
