Let’s try a couple of things, okay?
-
Please ensure you are on the latest version of Anki. You can download it here: https://apps.ankiweb.net/. After downloading, simply run the downloaded file to update your application.
-
Next, update the AnkiHub add-on. On your Anki main screen, go to
Tools > Add-ons > Check for Updates. After the update is complete, please restart Anki. -
Let’s reset and update the AnKing Note Type:
- Download this add-on: https://ankiweb.net/shared/info/952691989
- After the add-on is installed, please restart Anki.
- On your Anki main screen, navigate to
AnKing > AnKing Note Types. - In the window that appears, first click the option to reset the notetype, and then click to check for updates.
- Be sure to save your changes.

If these steps don’t help, please tell me which deck exactly you are having this problem with and also send a screenshot of a card showing the issue so I can better understand what’s happening.
Also, please note that to access the First-Aid or Boards and Beyond content you will need a separate subscription to that resource. You can learn more about how this integration works here: McGraw Hill Integration FAQ
