If you are referring to the First Aid field in the card (not the sidebar on the right), we don’t put any images there due to copyright. To access the First-Aid or Boards and Beyond content you will need a separate subscription to that resource. You can learn more about how this integration works here: McGraw Hill Integration FAQ
You may have these images from somewhere else and not from the official AnKing Step Deck from AnkiHub.
