Hello I need a bit of help... I can't see the First AID pictures on my Anki deck and IM not sure how to fix it. Both the tag and images are missing. Please help! I don't know if its a problem with the fields or the note tags

If you want to see the first aid images, you have to go to ankihub → anking deck → manage protected data → make sure first aid does not have a check

Then go to browse in your anki → at the top click ankihub → reset all local changes

Then import media from your pre-existing V11 deck or media package

You should be able to see the first aid tags by going to browse → on the left go to tags → AK_Step1_V12 → #FirstAid
