Hello,

I’d be happy to help

Can you share a screencap of what FirstAid explanations it is that aren’t displaying properly in your cards? As well as a description of when this occurs, if you’re getting an error message, or similar, if you’re on desktop or mobile, etc.

Any and all contextual information is helpful just so I’m on the same page and best able to help.

Ah, that’s helpful thank you.

There’s actually nothing to display in that field, funny enough. It’s an empty field, like BoardsAndBeyond, or others, that you can fill with notes, or images, if you like.

The ‘broken’ image there is just a ‘pointer’ that Anki uses to point to any media that you might have in your collection. There’s not actually anything there (unless you put something there). Just a weird quirk of how Anki handles media storage and direction.

So the long and short of it is that there’s nothing to show there, since there’s nothing provided in those fields. You can protect that field, though, and it will prevent that ‘broken’ image icon from appearing. This tutorial can walk you through how to do that: Managing Protected Fields

Please let me know if that answers your question, and if there’s anything else I can help with.
