First aid fields not showing

hello,
im use the anking deck and for some reason the first aid fields dont show.
the sketchy and bootcamp fields show just fine but not the first aid fields
ive tried making sure its checked in protected fields and ive resetted the anking deck and it still has not worked out!

AnkiHub cannot provide media in the FirstAid field, as that media is proprietary. Thus, there is nothing to display in that field

yes, I understand that the media won’t show since its copyrighted but even the first aid field doesn’t show
previously I remember that the field would show but the media wouldn’t
I plan on downloading the media so this is why I want the fields to show

i would appreciate any help regarding this thank you in advance

The First Aid field will show if there is content in it, for example, if you add a letter in that field for a card, when you preview that card, the field will show up
