Hello, First Aid pictures are not showing up in my cards. I followed all of the steps and tried multiple methods to resolve the problem: reset local changes, unprotected the first aid field, unsubscribed and resubscribed to the anking deck. But still there are a lot of images missing from the first aid category. When I do Tools–> check media–> it says “The following files are referenced by cards, but were not found in the media folder.” Please help! It also shows the image icon when i try to open the first aid category

Okay! Is it normal to have “Missing files: 17784” after downloading the anking deck for step1/2?
Yeah, that’s normal. It has to do, basically, with file locations for where older media were parked. I have the same thing; nothing to worry about there.
