Thanks for reaching out. I have a couple of questions to help diagnose the issue.
First, regarding your settings, could you please check if the “Preset” option also has the review limit set to 9999, as shown in this image?
Second, could you explain in more detail what you mean by “cards not showing up on the same day”? For example:
- Do the cards eventually appear on a later day?
- When you unsuspend new cards, does the new card count (the blue number) on your Anki main screen increase, or does it stay the same?
A screenshot of your main Anki screen showing the deck counts would also be very helpful.
