I have unsuspended the FM Clerkship cards and there are only 50 new cards available. There should be more than 1500 new cards. I am unsure how to proceed.

Also, the custom study you have does not have any of the clerkship cards you unsuspended correct?
No avail Sir. I changed the “Limits start from top” option to active and saved to all subordinate decks. I also restarted Anki.
I do not actually know how to use the custom study deck. I downloaded it from a friend’s deck a year ago and it’s just there.
I also thought it might be the old AnKing Deck that was on my computer. I removed it which did not seem to fix the issue either.
Those cards might have been in your old deck then.
Try this:
Please try resetting your local changes. To do this:
Go to browse in your Anki → at the top click on ankihub addon tab → press reset all local changes
This will restore everything to what AnkiHub has unless you have specifically protected those fields
Then check to see if all your cards that you unsuspended are in the correct deck and not somewhere else. Like this:
Thank you very much. Looks like the old deck was preventing new cards from updating and fully loading from AnkiHub. I deleted the old decks, synched with AnkiHub, and then unsuspended the cards that were added into the correct deck. Again thank you for your help. I appreciate it.
