Only 27 cards I can see

I bought core membership, but I can use only 27 cards.
I could download add-on, and then sync.
I tried to reinstall both anki app and add-on, but things have never changed.
anki ver is 3.9.18 Qt 6.6.2 PyQt 6.6.1

But then I can’t find anki step deck in the Deck

See how the cards look yellow?

That means that they are ‘suspended.’ When they are suspended, they are present but they will not show up for review.

You can unsuspend them like this; right click, then select ‘toggle suspend’:

Oh that solved my problem!
I don’t know what made my cards suspended, but I have unsuspended them and now I can use my anki!
