Unable to see all cards

I just downloaded AnkiHub and in my suspended tab I only have about 5000 cards. I know the deck is 28k cards. I have tried unsubscribing, resubscribing, and synching with the Anki hub multiple times. I’m not sure what to do.

Hello,

Can you show me what you mean by your ‘suspended tab’?

Additionally, can you show me a picture of what your tags look like?

All of the anking step deck’s cards are supposed to show up in the suspended tab right? I only have 8k of them there that I can potentially unsuspend to study. How do I get all of them?

Not necessarily, no; they will show up in suspended if they are suspended. If they are not suspended, they won’t show up there.

I would click on the step1_v12 tag, which should show all of the cards in the deck regardless of state. That number will tell us if you have all of the cards present (which may already be the case)

I have only 9994 cards under the #AK_Step1_v12 tag. Does this mean I have the whole deck?

There should be about 31k cards for the step1_v12 tag.

The first thing I would recommend you try is resetting local changes to the deck. This tutorial can walk you through how to do that: Resetting Local Changes

Please let me know if that answers your question, and if there’s anything else I can help with.

An error keeps popping up whenever I do that. I’m not sure what to do

Can you show me the error message you’re seeing?

Omg I just restarted my computer and tried again and it worked. I have all 31k cards. Thank you so much for your help!!! :grinning:
