Optional Tag Ownership Transfer

Hi! I am no longer maintaining the UKYCOM optional tag on the main AnKing deck and was looking to transfer ownership to an M2 that is picking up the project so that he can add/remove maintainers. Is there any way for us to do this?

I would like to transfer ownership of the tag to Edward Lee Major (user “@edwardlee36”) who is currently one of the maintainers on the tag.
