Hi, same thing happened to me. Additionally, I subscribed to the monthly Premium plan for $10 last month, not realizing that my Lifetime subscription should already provide Premium access.

Could you kindly:

  1. Update my subscription to the Premium plan to reflect my Lifetime membership?
  2. Refund the $10 I paid for last month’s Premium subscription, as it appears to have been unnecessary?

What do deck maintainers need to do to get AI functionality for their decks? What steps do deck maintainers need to take to enable AI functionality for their decks? Is this something that requires specific settings, an application process, or is it being rolled out gradually? Any info would be appreciated!

It usually depends on deck size and interest. We can activate it for your deck if you’d like :slight_smile:

This would be amazing. We are trying to build out the tags and I think this would 10x ability to do that. If you can do that it would be great!

How do you suggest we go about getting the whole deck readable by the bot?

Are all those cards suggested? (do you have any cards that have not been suggested and accepted on AnkiHub yet?)

They already exist within the deck on Ankihub. Can only new cards that have been suggested be used by the AI?

No, all cards should work with the AI. I’ll let you know what the devs say after they investigate

The AI has been working with our deck which is amazing! However one bug that has come up is that cards new to the deck are not being read by the AI. Would it be possible to fix this so all new cards to the next are able to be indexed by the AI? Thanks
