Hello, When I attempt to reopen Anki after I downloaded the CNCTD add-on, it gives me this error message:
Add-on Startup Failed
The following add-ons failed to load:
They may need to be updated to support this version of Anki. Click the Check for Updates button to see if any updates are available.
You can use the Copy Debug Info button to get information that you can paste in a report to the add-on author.
For add-ons that don’t have an update available, you can disable or delete the add-on to prevent this message from appearing.
Anki is up to date and i tried deleting it and redownloading without success, am I missing something?
I also wanted to ask if all the anking decks had the associated sketchy images already incorporated? I am using Sketchy MCAT to study and would prefer to use the Anking decks if it has them rather than the ones provided by Sketchy. Thanks so much

I believe that the issue at hand, from what you’ve described, is that you’ve not downloaded the proper add-on. From your description it sounds like you downloaded a placeholder. This is described in the link you shared, as per the title:
As for the MCAT deck, there aren’t many Sketchy images, though there are a lot of Pixorize images. This is due to some natural constraints on the ability of Ankihub to use images that are copyrighted and/or proprietary. Without a full license, or direct permission/s, we can’t host full-scale Sketchy images unfortunately.
