Hi, I just got charged for AnkiHub today. However, I no longer need it as I have just finished my final exams. Is there any way to get a refund?

Hi, I am trying to find where I can cancel my AnkiHub subscription?

Please take the following steps to cancel your account:

  • Go to https://app.ankihub.net/.
  • Navigate to your settings by clicking Settings at the top of the page.
  • Click the Membership Portal button (you may need to scroll down to see it).
    • You can cancel your subscription from here.
