Request a subscription/refund change (bought today)

Earlier today, I thought I purchased the AnkiHub monthly subscription because I wanted to trial it. However, I accidentally bought the annual subscription instead. Is there any way I could get a refund and switch back to the monthly plan?

I also did the same thing by accident and was wondering how to refund and switch back as well! Per the bot response, I was not able to send a private message to it regarding this issue.
