Earlier today, I thought I purchased the AnkiHub monthly subscription because I wanted to trial it. However, I accidentally bought the annual subscription instead. Is there any way I could get a refund and switch back to the monthly plan?

today I purchased the AnkiHub Premium subscription. The main reason I subscribed was the promise that First Aid / B&B images would be available within the cards. However, after upgrading, the images are still not showing up, and the feature I paid for was not delivered.
