Are you on version 2.1.64? This is the version we are currently recommending.

This might be an issue on your end as I am opening up my Anki right now and it is working fine. Try opening Anki on another device or open it using another wifi and see if the same thing is occuring

Switched to version 2.1.64 on a different wifi. Still could not sync. Showed this error.
