When I try to browse Sketchy pharm or micro tags in my Anking overhaul deck, they’re simply empty.
I tried this solution, but it didn’t work for me (although I was never prompted to input the code again, and had to simply hit subscribe, again). Missing sketchy videos on AnKing
Nor do I have another deck that contains the sketchy cards

Hey, thanks for your suggestion. It did not work. I hit reset local changes to the anking overhaul deck and then synced my anki to my anki hub. No dice. When I take a look at the card number, it says 28,270 on my anki desktop for the anking deck. On ankihub, it says 28,836 total.
based on your screenshot you are navigating via a different tag. I would suggest downloading this addon because it is a must-have IMO (https://ankiweb.net/shared/info/46611790) then “clear unused tags”
Also the sketchy tags you are looking for are under the dropdown menu of “#AK_Step1_v12” then you will see all the sketchy tags as an option like so:
