Sketchy images not showing

Hello,

I know it can be a bit confusing, but the “missing media” warning doesn’t necessarily mean any files are actually missing.

Let’s try a few things:

First, please make sure the ‘Sketchy’ field is not protected on AnkiHub. This tutorial explains how to do that: How to Manage Protected Fields

After that, try resetting your local changes by following this guide: How to Reset Local Changes

If the issue persists, please also try the following:

  1. Update Anki: Go to https://apps.ankiweb.net/ to download and install the latest version.
  2. Update the AnkiHub add-on: On your Anki main screen, go to Tools > Add-ons > Check for Updates, and then restart Anki.

Also, could you please send me a screenshot of a card where the Sketchy image is missing? This will help me get a better look at what’s happening.
