Starting from Scratch, no decks, no tags

I am starting from scratch, already have Anki, signed into Ankihub in Anki, no decks are showing up. I checked Tags under browse, and there are no tags. I hit sync, nothing shows up. Obviously I am doing something wrong, but I have no idea! Is there not a package to download first, or is it all just synced? I am so sorry, but I am confused. Please help?

Hello,

Did you have a previous MCAT deck on your profile or no?

Can you confirm you have done the following?

1. You have downloaded the ankihub addon and signed in
2. You have subscribed to the deck you want
3. You have clicked sync in Anki and clicked install
4. You clicked upload to ankiweb if prompted in Anki

If you have done all that but the deck is still not there, try this:

Please try resetting your local changes. To do this:

Go to browse in your Anki → at the top click on ankihub addon tab → press reset all local changes

This will restore everything to what AnkiHub has unless you have specifically protected those fields

I did have a few decks, but I deleted them for a fresh start.

I clicked sync, but no prompt to install shows up.

Can you take a screenshot of your Anki screen? Also can you go to browse in anki and take a screenshot there as well?

Can you go to browse → at the top click ankihub addon → reset local changes → MCAT deck?
