Hello- I have been studying the Anking Step 1 deck by topic for about a year and have many cards unsuspended. I would like to suspend cards without tags for UWorld, First Aid, Pathoma, SketchPharm, or SketchMicro (basically, I only want to study UFAPS resources). I have tried a number of different queries and making filtered decks but have been unable to come up with the correct query. Any help appreciated

I would be happy to help. 
Unfortunately, Anki doesn’t provide a great way to search for things that are not tagged by a given thing.
You can, however, restrict your search by eliminating things that are tagged by a resource or resources. An example of such a search string might look like the below:
- ((tag:#AK_Step1_v12 -tag:#AK_Step1_v12::#UWorld) -tag:#AK_Step1_v12::#Pathoma) -tag:#AK_Step1_v12::#FirstAid
This search string would give you cards that are tagged by Step1, but that are not tagged by UWorld, Pathoma, and FirstAid, respectively. You can obviously mix-and-match this as you see fit to arrive at whatever combination/s you’re hoping to gather
