Is there a way to unsuspend specific cards within the uwolrd section of the anking deck that are specific to each question within Uworld in regard to step 1?

Just to make sure I follow correctly: you’re hoping to unsuspend particular cards that correspond to specific UWorld questions?
There is an add-on that converts UWorld QID’s into a searchable string that will bring up cards that are tagged by that QID, which I believe suffices for what you’re looking for. The add-on can be found here: https://www.theanking.com/best-add-ons
