Switching laptops, will "you have new ankihub decks to install" restart my deck?

Hello,

I have switched laptops and downloaded ankihub and synced my cards. They all appear properly on my new device. However, when syncing, a message pops up as shown below

I clicked skip but it pops up every time I sync. Will clicking install reinstall my deck and restart my progress, or will it simply start syncing updates for that deck? I really don’t want to lose my progress.

Clicking install will start syncing updates for that deck; it will not restart your progress
