Technical error when opening Anki on PC (error code below)

Everything works normal after opening Anki, but I keep getting this error code every time I open the app on my computer. See below in bold:

**Custom Shortcut Conflicts: **

reviewer set flag 4, reviewer set flag 5
share ‘CTRL+5’ as a shortcut

These shortcuts will not work.
Please change them in the config.json.

Any idea how to fix? I went to the add-ons, checked each single one, one-by-one, and found only 1 config.json with the terms “reviewer set flag 4” and “reviewer set flag 5”. It was the add-on called “Customize Keyboard Shortcuts”. However, when I opened the file in Notepad, it did not display the error that I received, instead, it showed that each reviewer set flag had its own CTRL+X function. See below:

“reviewer set flag 1”:“Ctrl+1”,
“reviewer set flag 2”:“Ctrl+2”,
“reviewer set flag 3”:“Ctrl+3”,
“reviewer set flag 4”:“Ctrl+4”,
** “reviewer set flag 5”:“Ctrl+5”,**
“reviewer set flag 6”:“Ctrl+6”,
“reviewer set flag 7”:“Ctrl+7”,
“reviewer set flag 0”:“Ctrl+0”,

As you can see, both 4 and 5 (in bold) do not share the same shortcut as indicated in the error message. So I am wondering, what is causing this issue to populate every time I open up Anki? To reiterate, I checked ALL of the addons for the code line “reviewer set flag 4”, and this was the only file that had that. Your help would be much appreciated.

Someone suggested this fix in an earlier post years ago (see link below), but I am not sure I understand the directions, and I am not sure if they will work in my case?
