I keep receiving the message "The action you are trying to perform requires an active membership” on Anki even though I have an active membership!!!

Can someone please help me?

Hope you are doing well. Could you kindly guide me as to a solution with the same issue. My scholarship was approved however Anki shows up with the same error message constantly.
