The media for overhaul step 1 and 2

After doanloading the addon and following the seps in subscribung to the deck, I coudn’t have access to the media, I’ve read a lot of post about it watched multiple vidoes and I’m more confused now.

What media are you missing? Text and extra images?

aside from the instuction subdec I don’t have any other cards…
Ihave tried to donload the media from a reddit post but it didn’t work either; and the instruction on the video and here in the website kept describing options that are not available on Anki; like for example coping a code from the decs website then past on the addon.

Can you go to browse → on the left go to tags → click on AK_Step1_V12 and see how many cards you have?

Did you unsuspend any cards? Or are there no cards at all?

Text and extra media are synced automatically, so you should be able to see them without doing anything

First aid and additional resources you will need a media package

If you want to see them, you have to go to ankihub → anking deck → manage protected data → make sure additional resources and first aid does not have a check

Then go to browse in your anki → at the top click ankihub → reset all local changes

Then import media from your pre-existing V11 deck or media package

This looks like a network issue. If you’re still getting the error, can you temporarily try with a different network?
