You have been using the AI Chatbot with other decks? Or are you inquiring about possibly using the AI Chatbot with other decks?
Some, but not all, decks have AI functionality added to them (the AnKing Step and MCAT decks would be the most obvious examples of decks that do have this functionality).
Currently, not all decks have the AI functionalities enabled, though if there are specific decks to which you’d like to propose they be considered for addition we’d be happy to hear your suggestions. 
Then can i use ai chatbot for my own personal deck?
Currently the AI feature functionalities are able to be applied only to decks that are uploaded to and currently on AnkiHub, for a few reasons.
So if you have a deck that is uploaded to and on Ankihub, and has subscribers, etc., etc., and you’d like to suggest it for consideration in having the AI features enabled for yourself and other users we can definitely consider it for inclusion.
If it’s a personal deck located in your local collection only, however, it’s not currently possible to add the AI functionality given the constraints of the way AnkiHub, and the add-on/s, function and assign those features.
