someone else probably has already suggested this, but I could not find a post on it; I apologize if this is a duplicate.
This is a long shot, but would it be possible to protect custom clozes of the Text field only, so that users can still get the updated content of the card while preserving the cloze modifications?
For instance, if a user changed an original card like this
Thank you {{c1::Anking}} → {{c1::Thank}} you {{c2::Anking}}
and the card was updated to:
Thank you {{c1::Anking Team}} for your work
the updated card for the user will be:
{{c1::Thank}} you {{c2::Anking Team}} for your work
