Add an option to protect custom cloze or custom edits to clozes

introduce a new feature similar to protecting a field but only clozes in text field. for example this card

OR changing all cloze to c1.

at the very least introduce some way where no change is made to text field when other fields are changed unless text field is updated from ankihub end.
