I’m trying to upgrade to the Premium Ankihub Subscription to gain access to the AI features. When I follow the upgrade links, it takes me into a loop of “You already have a subscription” and when I click continue it takes me to my account manager but there isn’t an option to change memberships or upgrade. I can only change my credit card information.
I tried canceling my membership but I’m running into the same issue and now can’t restart my subscription.

Found a workaround! For some reason I was able to upgrade on my phone and not my laptop.
