Is there a way to setup and use it entirely on android app?
As, I use anki mostly on phone or tab.

No Anki add-ons have mobile support, all must be used on a desktop or laptop

amboss works fine on ankidroid!
So, in this situation if I sync, what would happen to my anking11 in my phone?
or should I use different accounts on pc & phone?
Amboss is the exception to the above rule. To use ankihub on your account you will need to use it on your computer
