Hi everyone,
So I am using the UQAS add on with the intention of continuously growing the QID list as I complete UWorld questions. However, as expected, when the list becomes 100+ QIDs long, the deck rebuilding takes a long time (more than a couple minutes) to compile. It will probably take 30+ minutes when I get to 500+ QIDs.
Any recommendations as to how to get around this? I wish there was an add on that would help consolidate the QIDs (i.e., repeats, dupes). Perhaps it could also identify the most specific but common tags between several QIDs. So for instance, if 10 QIDs all are about subdural hematomas, I could just use a pre-existing tag for subdural hematomas (even if its less accurate and adds in some extra cards not pertinent to the QIDs).
A cool feature could be a specificity setting that dictates whether you want tags that are:
A) More specific to a few QIDs (increased deck accuracy)
Example: tag:#AK_Step1_v12::#FirstAid::12_Neuro_&_Special_Senses::03_Pathology::04_Intracranial_Hemorrhage::Subdural_Hematoma)
OR
B) More general to many QIDs (increased deck compilation speed)
Example:
tag:#AK_Step1_v12::#FirstAid::12_Neuro_&_Special_Senses)
Thoughts/ideas??
