After syncing today at the afternoon, most of the Uworld specific question tags were removed from most of the FC 
, I do not know if this is intentional or if there is any way to recover the tags

They haven’t been removed, scroll to the bottom of the UWorld tag and you will see a new subtag called “Step”. We are currently still fixing them so the hierarchy will look a bit wonky for a bit

You can re-organize your sidebar and clear the unused tags via Tools > Check Database
